Frequently Asked Questions(FAQs)

1. Register

  • Click on “New Registration” on the Home Page.
  • Fill in all mandatory fields and click on “Register.”
  • An OTP will be sent to your registered email ID.
  • Enter the OTP and set your password.

2. Login

  • Click on “Login” on the Home Page.
  • Enter your registered email ID and password.
  • Enter the captcha and click on “Login.”

3. Update Profile

  • Click on “Update Profile Details.”
  • Complete all fields (mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk *).
  • Click “Save & Next” to preview your data in the “Profile Details” section.
    • To edit, click on “Update Details.”
    • To proceed, click on “Proceed to Next.”
  • Fill in all mandatory fields in the “Other Details” section.
  • In the “Upload” section, click on “Select File” to upload the relevant supporting documents in the specified format. After selecting the file, click “Start Upload.”
    • To delete a file, click on “Delete.”

4. Submit/Confirm and Lock Profile

  • Preview all the filled data.
  • Click on “Submit/Confirm and Lock” to lock your profile.
  • Ensure all data is accurate, as no further edits will be allowed after the profile is locked.

5. Programme & Exam Centre Selection

  • Select the Programme Level (MASTERS) and the specific Programme to proceed with the submission.
    • Note: If the programme is not visible, refer to FAQ 2.
    • After selecting the programme, choose your preferred Exam Centre for the entrance examination.
    • Click “Proceed.”

    6. Academic and Other Details' Submission

    • Review your personal details.
    • Fill in the required information under the “Academic Details” page for your chosen programme.
    • Complete all mandatory fields in the “Other Details” section.
    • Upload the necessary supporting documents in the prescribed format.

    7. Final Submission

    • Preview the entire application thoroughly.
    • Click on “Submit Application” to complete the process.

If the programme is not visible in the dropdown menu, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Home" button located at the top left corner of the page.
2. Scroll down to find the "Programme Applications" section.
3. Look for the row containing the name of the desired programme.
4. Click on the “Submit Application” button under the “Action” header to proceed and complete the submission process.

To resume your incomplete application submission, ensure that you are logged into your account. Click on the "Home" button at the top left corner. Scroll down to the "Programme Applications" section. Click on “Submit Application” to proceed with the submission. 

Log in to your account. Click on "Home" at the top left corner. Scroll down and navigate to "Programme Applications" to view the status.
